Last night a special message went out for local area music enthusiasts. It was an invite only, intimate gathering with special DJ sets by Swedish House Mafia, Fred Again…, and Four Tet. The whole thing took place at H0L0 night club in Ridgewood, Queens. If you feel like you’re on the wrong side of the velvet rope, don’t worry. The whole set was recorded and is available on Youtube.
The quality of the video itself appears as if it has been recorded from the cell phone of an individual who is truly enjoying himself. The set begins with a more niche DJ, QRTR. She then hands over the reins to SHM, and then Fred Again.. with Four Tet closing out the set.
The video itself runs for over three hours and gives an up-close and personal feel right at the DJ table of these timeless talents spinning that good good.
