False Alarm Causes Panic At Las Vegas’ Lovers & Friends Festival

A security incident at Las Vegas’ Lovers & Friends Festival led to 3 people being hospitalized. TMZ was the first to jump on the report. False rumors spread that gunfires were in the surrounding area. This led to a massive crowd panic.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police reported that the incident took place around 10:00 PM on Saturday, May 14. The false alarm led to a flood of people heading for the exits. Fortunately, the 3 people taken to the hospital only suffered minor injuries.

The festival continued as planned for the rest of Saturday and into Sunday. Usher was one of the many headliners. The incident occurred during his show. He kept the party going and it seemed only positive vibes were spread. Other headliners included TLC, Lauryn Hill, Nelly, Ashanti, and Lil Jon.
