[WATCH] Above & Beyond @ La Piedra del Peñol Guatapé, Colombia

Above & Beyond performed for Cercle yesterday at La Piedra del Peñol Guatapé, Colombia. They nestled atop The Rock of Guatape, a landmark inselberg of the country and tourist attraction. The fierce monolith towers at 200m high, made of granite where you can climb 659 steps to the stop. For those that have a fear of heights, the stairs do wind around the sides so proceed with caution. From the top, you can enjoy magnificent views of the region, vast green mountains, or enjoy some food and shopping down below.

A&B opened with an unknown ID and go on to play several tracks from Anjunabeats like ‘Homecoming’, ‘Believer’, ‘Sweetest Heart’, and ‘Love Is Not Enough’. However, they played remixes from Enamour, Marsh, Shai T, Newman, and more. Some of these are not even out yet! Around the 23 minute mark, they played Yotto’s remix of ‘Counting Down The Days’, followed by another unknown ID. This ID makes you feel like you’re soaring through the skies and I can’t wait to see what it is. Cercle is known for creating awe-inspiring videos of artists playing at the world’s most beautiful, unique places. Enjoy drone footage circling the stage, the rock, and flying over the region. It is a great video to watch, with a great location.

A&B jam out while they play, all smiles and dances. They continue their set with ‘Almost Home’, ‘Fly To New York’, ‘Every Little Beat’, Tinlicker’s ‘Always’ remix, and more. Lastly, they close it out with another ID. As you watch, feel the charismatic energy throughout their entire 1 hour and 36-minute set. You’ll know when you hear that track that ignites all the emotion in you, as A&B always does when they play live. I
