Lollapalooza Will Require Vaccination Card Or Negative Test To Enter

Yes, festivals are back. Yes, there’s a pandemic going on. So, how is this possible? By taking responsible measurements to ensure your festival does not become a huge COVID spreader. In order to make sure this does not happen to Lollapalooza, the organizers have announced that they’ll require their attendees to present proof of vaccination or negative results on a COVID test.

Lolla is expected to begin today. In order to make sure they’ll keep their attendees safe, the festival announced these security measurements. Unvaccinated attendees will also need to wear a mask while being inside the festival grounds.

One of the biggest festivals both in America and around the world, Lollapalooza is finally back after taking a one-year pause due to the pandemic. Now, it’s time for the festival to return. While many might complain festivals are taking place, there are many things to take into account. Experiments have been done. Numerous tests with the objective of proving how contagious festivals can be took place during this year’s first half. After gathering enough data, it was determined that festivals weren’t as dangerous as other activities which take place indoors. Besides, the population of America has advanced at a rapid pace regarding vaccination. If you take all of this into account, festivals taking place isn’t such a crazy idea.

Lolla Is Taking All The Necessary Precautions

So, is Lollapalooza doing everything they can? In short: we think so. Lollapalooza will require proof of vaccination or a negative test. Will that be enough? Not really. At the end of the day, is up to the attendees to guarantee their own safety. If you haven’t been vaccinated, wear a mask. Do not use false tests. If you’re feeling under the weather or present any symptoms, make sure to take all the necessary precautions.

We want festivals back. This is the only way to do it. Hopefully, it won’t take long before we go back to festivals the way they used to be. While we wait for that glorious day, stay safe, and, if you’re attending Lolla, have fun!
