Ultra Music Festival Quietly Announces Taiwan Event

We haven’t heard a peep from Ultra Music Festival in quite some time. After Miami forced the festival’s cancelation in March and COVID forced its other 2020 events to follow suit, the festival went silent. It’s last Facebook post was on March 6, 2020 announcing the cancelation.

Other news since then has been distributed via sub-accounts for Ultra’s worldwide events. Today, the internet caught wind of an Ultra Music Festival event that is still on for 2020. Ultra Taiwan just announced today for a November 14 festival. The last Ultra Taiwan was in 2018. There was plenty of excitement because already Tier 1 tickets have sold out.

Alesso will be joined by Kayzo, SLANDER, Vini Vici, and local acts at the festival. The signage indicates that face masks and hand sanitizing will be required for entry. This would be the first Ultra event to take place since Miami was canceled.

Taiwan has been quite successful in dealing with the virus, and has actually hosted several music festivals in recent weeks.
