Two powerful labels come together again to present mau5trap x Insomniac Records: Volume 2, and it’s a compilation that features 12 fresh tracks.
Last year, mau5trap and Insomniac Records joined forces to present the first volume of this compilation. It featured tracks from artists like Sysdemes, Golf Clap, Ghost Dance, and many more that left a good impression on fans. Now, we have 12 new ones for artists from both imprints.
As most would expect, this work is as impressive as the previous edition. However, both labels show a more solid selection and position of tracks. The compilation is full of techno and house tracks, also featuring completely unexpected stylistic ones.
An example of this is No Mana with the second part of his iconic track, ‘Bad Things’, called ‘Badder Things’. It’s a version that we did not expect, yet need.
For lovers of electro, there are many songs that you can enjoy. The compilation features works by SVNF8, Speaker Honey, HVDES, and Tommy Trash.
On the other hand, there is a lot of material for house music fans. For example, Noises with ‘Work‘, while Plastic Robots and Steve Darko present ‘Time’s Up.’ In addition, there’s Kyle Watson‘s fantastic track that is titled ‘Way Down.’
