Diplo is back, once again, on the ever popular online video game, Fortnite. Using the Party Royale mode, Diplo will present a virtual Higher Ground experience for his online fans. On Friday, July 31st at 2 PM EST, users can listen in to a special set filled with deep house and fun beats.
Now, this isn’t Diplo’s first time on Fortnite. He initiated the Party Royale Mode with Major Lazer in May. Soon after, he went back to play a Diplo Presents: Thomas Wesley set.
Party Royale mode allows a user to play Fortnite in a “violent free” mode. Two of the biggest elements – weapons and buildings, are removed. In this mode, there are smaller maps as well.
Other artists who have done similar events are Travis Scott and Marshmello.
The good news? If you can’t make the July 31st show, you can listen in again on August 3 at 9 PM EST at the main stage 😉
