Today, Anjunabeats celebrates its 20th anniversary with Volume 15, with 34 tracks, on two discs, of exclusive and unheard selections. Listen to Above & Beyond plus their label’s ever-expanding family of artists.
Can you believe it’s been 20 years already? A&B founded the iconic record label in 2000, where our love for trance ignited. This compilation contains carefully crafted tracks in their London studio during the lockdown. Notice the direction this label takes as fresh and familiar faces appear on deck.
Over 30 artists are here for you. Watch out for volume debutants Jordin Post, and gardenstate, a new project from Marcus Schössow and Matthew Felner. Label veterans Andrew Bayer, Genix, Gabriel & Dresden, Oliver Smith, Mat Zo, Jason Ross, Tinlicker, Sunny Lax also make their mark. Let’s not forget the founding fathers, of course, Above & Beyond.
Disc One
This is a deeper, progressive mix with 16 exciting sounds of Anjunadeep talent. That is to say, Le Youth, Marsh, Qrion, Durante & HANA, Frost, and PROFF. Gabriel & Dresden, ALPHA 9, Mat Zo, Kyau & Albert, Tinlicker, Spencer Brown, and Jerome Isma-Ae reel in the chill atmosphere and ambient soundscapes for you. Each track flows directly into each other and flows right into disc two. Are you ready?
Disc Two
Up next are 18 tracks with no less than six A&B remixes and releases. Listen to formidable collaborations from teams like Andrew Bayer/Genix/Cosmic Gate, Grum/Genix, and Spencer Brown/ALPHA 9. Sunny Lax has ‘The Fountain’ and a remix of ‘Sun In Your Eyes’. Elysian is the trance powerhouse trio of Ilan Bluestone, Maor Levi, and Emma Hewitt. There will not be a dry eye in the house while listening to this whole volume.
