Rezz & Grabbitz – Someone Else

Two massive forces in the bass music world have come together to produce quite a unique twist on both of their signature sounds. REZZ and Grabbitz have collaborated for the first time on their new track, ‘Someone Else.’ It has clear a rock influence along with a classic dance sound, and we love so much.

The song speaks to someone moving on from their past lover. At first, they couldn’t move on, but as the song progresses you feel their hatred for the other person. This individual is “someone else” when they are not looking.

The drop unleashes Rezz’s gripping synths. The track is slow dubstep that you can still bang your neck out to. This is both of these artists’ second release of 2020, and it already has us itching for more. Grabbitz dropped All Night’ with 3LAU and Shaun Frank earlier this year, and Rezz released a firey track titled ‘Into The Abyss’ with Zeds Dead.

This collab demonstrates both artists’ genre range capabilities, as both were able to peel away from a strictly electronic sound. Hitting guitar notes in combination with Grabbitz’s vocals is a recipe for success. We hope these two will link up again in the future. Make sure to check out ‘Someone Else’ below!
