Spotify to Open New Headquarters in South Florida

Recently, popular music streaming platform Spotify has leased a 20,000 square foot office space in Miami’s Wynwood Art District. In just over a week after their South Korea expansion, they will officially be making their mark in South Florida. They will be opening a new headquarter’s in this art-filled district. Certainly, this is no surprise; Wynwood has won the hearts of many well-known technology and entertainment companies.

According to Digital Music News, the new space that Spotify has leased is part of The Oasis; this is a multi-campus location that will accommodate professional and retail tenants. Moreover, it is expected to open this fall. In addition, The Oasis will have many restaurants, a full-service bar, and will have enough space for entertainment. Therefore, it will have a 35,000 square-foot area planned to hold a stage and outdoor seating options for guests.
