Following Ultra, Tomorrowland Winter and many other big events cancelations, Europe is employing strict policies regarding massive gatherings. With the purpose of avoiding the spread of COVID-19, France has banned any public gatherings with more than 1,000 people in attendance. Although it does not totally ban a typical Saturday night out, it will cause innumerable cancelations. Previously, when the Coronavirus outbreak was only starting, the limit was at 5,000 people in attendance.

France has 1,412 cases of coronavirus and 30 deaths at this moment (03/10/20). Spain has overtaken Italy, with 1,646 cases and 35 deaths. After a time of inactivity, and a few hours after the 8M manifestation, the Spanish government decided to ban meetings of more than 1,000 people.

The situation is even worse in Italy, where the entire country will be placed under lockdown from Tuesday. We have yet to see any response from the UK, with 373 cases and 6 deaths in the country. You can track the spread of COVID-19 in real-time through this interactive map.
