Sorry guys, but it looks like, once again, we were fooled. This week we received news “confirming” Daft Punk’s new album. The screenshot, showing the information regarding a new Product’s release quickly spread through the internet. Now, one of Daft Punk’s close collaborators has dismissed the rumor, breaking our hearts once again.

The last months of 2019 and the first months of 2020 were plagued by rumors surrounding the French duo. Tracklists, featuring artists and different studios visited were all talked about. Then, the picture showed above surfaced to stir the whole place and throw everyone into a crazy frenzy. Now, thanks to another image attached, we can see the images for what they really are. A fraud.

If you look closely, you’ll see a name that might sound familiar to you. Carlos Sosa, better known as DJ Sneak. Known as a close Daft Punk collaborator, Sneak worked on the French duo’s legendary album Discovery. So, being as it is, fans decided to confirm this new information with Sneak himself.
