Updated: Ultra Finally Signs Contract With The City of Miami

As Ultra Music Festival approaches, you probably heard about the lack of a signed contract with mere months to go. Today, we know that the contract has been signed.

Ultra Music Festival has confirmed to EDMTunes that the contract has been executed. With Ultra being two months away from today, this news comes as a relief and reassurance to the fans.

Back in July, Miami Commissioners voted to decide whether Ultra would return to its iconic home at Bayfront Park. However, Ultra organizers and Miami had not actually signed the contract to lock in the festival. Both parties had not offered any clarity on why this is currently the case, aside from a statement that “We are actively working to finish up the agreement.“

The lack of certainty worried many and was the cause of a few headlines over the past few months. Now we can all rest easier.

The festival has been making other headlines lately with its lineup. First with the Phase 1 announcement and later with additions of Kygo and Madeon.

So Ultra Miami will be indeed back home this March with the contract being signed. Tickets are already available and you can get yours here.
