Krewella Teases Upcoming Single in Orangetheory Ad

It’s the new year! That means it’s time to make those New Year’s Resolutions. For many, being healthier is probably on the list. With well-planned timing, fitness gym Orangetheory launched its newest ad campaign yesterday, dubbed ‘Welcome to More Life.’ Featured in the video is none other than Krewella‘s ‘Greenlights‘.

‘Greenlights’ is a perfect track to work out to. It builds a sense of empowerments with motivational messages and energetic beats. The sister duo revealed the track’s inspiration and significance in a press release:

“We were so inspired to write a song that exhibited the meaning of ‘more life’ because we’re constantly searching for different ways to tear down our own insecurities, barriers, or whatever else gets in the way of us growing as people. Movement is so important to us, whether on stage or in any other aspect of life. And giving others a reason to push further through our music is a dream for us.”

Orangetheory couldn’t have picked a more suitable track to accompany its campaign. It aims to “[welcome] everyone to a new way of healthy living, through a supportive community that helps ease the intimidation of starting a new fitness journey.” The gym’s Chief Brand Officer, Kevin Keith, further adds that ‘Greenlights’ helps promote the campaign’s goal to “[inspire] people to imagine what’s possible for their lives“.

The full track is forthcoming on January 17. That comes ahead of Krewella’s sophomore album Zer0, which arrives on January 31.
