[Event Review] Circoloco NYC Halloween 2019

On October 26th Circoloco teamed up with Tekksupport for the return of its annual Circoloco NYC Halloween celebration. The Circoloco party series from Ibiza’s DC-10 is renowned for hosting house music’s most epic parties.

When walking into the new Brooklyn Navy Yard venue, red neon Circoloco signs filled the space and set the tone for a wild night. It really felt like you were transported into an underground Ibiza party. The new massive warehouse had a great layout and felt very spacious, even with 1/4 of the space reserved for table service off to the right side. Attendees were dressed up in their Halloween best and many fans of the franchise wore shirts with the famous Circoloco clown logo.

Honey Dijon

The night kicked off early at 11pm with sets from Bambounou and a William Djoko B2B with Jasper James. At 1am the place was packed and the crowd was buzzing for Honey Dijon’s killer set. She brought great energy to the room and played some awesome Madonna remixes, which I wasn’t expecting and ended up loving. Seth Troxler followed Honey Dijon‘s set and continued the momentum. Seth is no stranger to Circoloco and was the most festive DJ of the night dressed as ‘Death Troxler’.

Keinemusik co-owners &ME & Rampa B2B

Keinemusik co-owners &ME & Rampa closed out the night with an epic B2B set. When &ME played his remix of Guy Gerber’s ‘What To Do’ towards the end of the event, everyone went wild and the party did not want to stop.

This years Circoloco NYC was one for the books. The Ibiza 2020 season can’t come soon enough!
