[Premiere] MOGUAI – Green Sally Up

MOGUAI has been a true legend of the industry and has brought us some of the most iconic tracks of our time. His most notable collaboration was ‘Mammoth’ with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike which has evolved into a classic festival hit. His most recent collaboration was with none other than future house master, Oliver Heldens on their track called ‘Cucumba’. Now, the German native is back with another special track called ‘Green Sally Up’ and it is out now on Big Beat Records.

MOGUAI’s new track, ‘Green Sally Up’, is a blast from the past as it features infamous vocals that was originally released in the 1960’s and was also featured in Moby’s ‘Flowers’. ‘Green Sally Up’ demonstrates MOGUAI’s masterful abilities to revive existing elements into a more modernized vibe. When commenting on his new track, the German producer stated the following:

“I had the ‘Sally Up’ vocal for a long time and I wasn’t sure whether to use it or if it was too obvious, but no one had used it in a dance sense, so I decided to go for it. The instrumental worked well on its own, but the vocal took it to another level.”
