Swedish House Mafia Reveal Creamfields Tease is Lifetime Pass

Swedish House Mafia teased a date at the end of their Creamfields performance, and fans hoped for new music. Today is the day and the big reveal appears to be a contest for a limited contest for a Lifetime Pass.

lifetime pass

To celebrate the undying dedication of their fans, Axwell, Ingrosso and Angello are giving away just 33 lifetime passes. These passes will give one free access to everything Swedish House Mafia, forever.

This announcement comes as a wet blanket to tons of fans who were expecting the supertrio to release new music today. Months of popup merchandise stores, cancelled shows, and overblown hype have people disappointed. Some still hold out hope new music will be released but the reaction on Reddit is quickly turning mutinous.

Predictions that new music will still be released today on Pete Tong’s BBC1 Radio show stem from prior SHM releases. Don’t You Worry Child and Save the World were both part of Pete Tong’s show when they were first released.

Head over to the Swedish House Mafia website and fill out the contest form for a lifetime pass. While many are mad, they are still almost certainly entering the contest in hopes there are greater things to come.
