A couple days ago, Alison Wonderland released NGHTMRE’s remix of ‘Lost My Mind,’ and she hinted that that wasn’t the only surprise. Additionally, she thanked fans in a tweet for their support and said she’s about to take a shocking risk. ‘Peace‘ is a very emotional song for Alison. She tweeted that the song was to bring her closure.
Alison Wonderland had only started to sing on her tracks. So ‘Peace’ was her stepping out of her comfort zone and being vulnerable through music. She shows her most authentic and raw self in the video as she has nothing to hide behind. Although she’s no trained vocalist, this acoustic and stripped down version conveys so much emotion. So this is what her fans love about her; her honesty and vulnerability.
