Hungarian trance producer Sunny Lax flexes his muscles yet again this year with another double-side EP. Out now on Anjunabeats, this two track EP further shows the production prowess of the Anjuna mainstay. The two tracks, ‘Moonlight’ and ‘Hallucination’, stray from the prototypical anthemic sound of the Hungarian producer, yet continue to prove why he’s one of the best in trance.
Following his popular dual-side release earlier this year, Sunny Lax’s ‘Moonlight’ and ‘Hallucination’ are both excellent additions to his catalog. ‘Moonlight’, first featured on Anjunabeats vol. 14, is a dark and progressive work of art. Every stanza builds on each other naturally, with a downright gorgeous piano melody on the bridge. ‘Moonlight’ will legitimately mesmerize you from start to finish.
On the flip side, ‘Hallucination’ continues the trend of dark synths, and progressive chords. However, this track encompasses tantalizing artificial synths throughout the bridge, making this track easy to get lost in. The steady yet euphoric bassline will get your feet moving from start to finish.
