In early July, A$AP Rocky was in Sweden as he prepared for his upcoming set. However, he got arrested due to an incident that occurred recently when he got harassed on the street. The two young men followed A$AP Rocky and his crew relentlessly and even threw a projectile at the security. Rocky attempted to calmly reason with them but without success. Although it’s unclear from the information provided about how the situation ended, Rocky posted a two-part video recording of the incident. Soon after, news spread about Rocky’s arrest and detainment.
Travis Scott, who was also performing at Wireless gave A$AP Rocky a shoutout. Due to the length and uncertainty of his imprisonment, fans have started a petition for the release of Rocky which details concerning conditions. A$AP Ferg also shared what he knows about Rocky’s treatment.
As a result, his management has announced a cancellation of all scheduled performances for July. This affects Belgium, Germany, Norway, Italy, Ukraine, Poland, Ireland, UK, and Spain. Unfortunately, this means that his Tomorrowland set will be canceled.
