Furthermore, YouTube’s artist spotlight teaser for this episode is called Marshmello: More Than Music. Significantly, it includes Tiësto, The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, and Logic, who are all providing commentaries on the phenomenon that is Marshmellow.

This will be one of the first times fans are able to get an intimate look into the life of Marshmello. Unmasking Marshmello: The Real Identity Of the $21 Million DJ published by Forbes in 2017 answered some of these questions. It gave a unique look at the superstar, and the man behind the mask, Chris Comstock. But he generally tries to stay out of the public eye. In a tweet regarding his image he said:

“I don’t take my helmet off because I don’t want or need fame. I’m genuinely trying to create something positive for people to connect with.”

After all, connecting with people doesn’t seem to be an issue for Marshmello. With over 2 billion streams in 2018, this artist seems is continuing to grow. YouTube’s Artist Spotlight featuring Marshmello will premiere on July 2, on the YouTube music channel.
