Wyatt Marshall has been quite the up-and-comer as of late, with releases on Percomaniacs and Gruuv. Today, he adds Desert Hearts Records to his list of labels with his new EP, Da House.
This heavy hitter brings us four tracks of groovy tech house with strong percussions and vocal teases. The EP’s namesake track, ‘Da House’, brings a touch of acid and dives into a dark and trippy world. Its remix by Jacky adds a nice touch with an upbeat, driving bassline. ‘Reflection’ and ‘The Get Back’ both bring a consistently contagious beat – they’ve had our heads bobbing the entire time we listen. Between these four tracks, there will undoubtedly be some memorable dancefloor moments in Marshall’s upcoming sets.
Marshall has been one of our favorite artists to watch as of late, and this Desert Hearts release is just another sign of his upward growth. We’re stoked to see what music he churns out next.
