While there is no shortage of festivals these days, we always love an excuse to head back to Miami. Announced today is the Miami Beach Pop Festival! The festival will take place November 8-10 in the heart of Miami Beach. It will be situated between 5th & 10th St., adjacent to the beachfront Lummus Park and the iconic Ocean Drive. The three-day festival is branding itself as a “cultural experience.”

The festival will feature a boldly diverse lineup of artists from around the globe, spanning genres of rock, pop, latin, R&B, electronic, jazz, country, reggae and more, with international stars and local musicians performing across three stages. It is promising “once-in-a-lifetime” artist collaborations. Miami Beach Pop also promises to be a “family-friendly” event, leading us to believe it will be all ages.

In addition to the music, there will be art displays/exhibits, culinary showcases from some of the best chefs in the world, and a little something for all to enjoy. This appears to be a case of wanting to put the city on display, where the music with complement all the other events and activities. They appear to have a ton of space to coordinate the event – check out the festival map below:

A Festival “Like No Other”

Miami Beach Pop Festival is breaking the mold from the traditional music festival, and promises to be engaging from start to finish. The event will be produced by Frameless Creative LLC, along with ACT Productions and The Parker Company. Co-founding partner and CEO Steve Sybesma has this to offer:

“This is truly a festival like no other. You can make this your festival vacation – or staycation – in America’s tropical paradise. The beautiful art deco area hotels will be filled with like-minded music fans and festival-goers, who can rediscover Ocean Drive, enjoy a morning swim in the ocean, dine at the many world-class restaurants in Miami Beach, and walk in and out of the festival, just a few steps away.”

Sybesma is known for his work at Okeechobee and Storm Electronic music festivals. Joining him are Paul Peck, one of the founders of Bonnaroo, and Jim Tobin, a pioneer in the festival industry. They appears to have all-stars at the helm, making this an enticing option during the fall festival season!
