Armin van Buuren & Garibay – Phone Down
Armin van Buuren continues his run of form with yet another single release. On the heels of his Trilogy EP release, today we get his highly anticipated reunion with Garibay for the track ‘Phone Down.’ The track gets its release through his very own Armada Records.
Armin has been hard at work in the studio the past few months and is eager to share his latest tracks with his fans. His festival sets have been loaded with IDs, and he teased this track title via social media:

Following high energy releases such a ‘Turn It Up‘ and ‘Show Me Love,’ the laid back vibes of ‘Phone Down’ provide a much different pace for listeners. With a 128bpm bass line, this island track is more of a pop-crossover tune. Some wonderful piano work melds nicely with the catchy lyrics throughout the track. This summer anthem is very relatable and accessible to listeners of all genres. The lyrics point to our intense need to pick-up our phones to call a loved one following a breakup. Just in time for Armin’s latest residency at the new Vegas superclub KAOS, ‘Phone Down’ should be a staple in his summer pool party sets.
