DJ and music producer, Diplo makes a quick cameo in the new POKÉMON Detective Pikachu trailer. He shared the trailer on his Twitter feed yesterday. Apparently, his kids think he’s cool now. The best reactions were in the comments. Pokemon jokes everywhere.

The trailer is set to Bonnie Tyler’s ‘Holding Out for a Hero’ and at the 1:16 mark you’ll see the ‘Boom Boom Bye‘ producer behind the DJ booth. Diplo released his new EP ‘Eurpoa‘ earlier this week. The versatile music producer has only made one cameo appearance in a film before. We are not sure if he will appear in more scenes or if he has assisted in the musical production in this film. Still, we are excited about the movie, which premieres May 10th, 2019.
