Tomorrowland Winter is the new start of festival season 2019 and it’s rapidly approaching. If you are excited to hear more about ‘The Hymn of the Frozen Lotus’, on Alpe d’Huez, keep on reading and find out the juicy details of this magnificent icy gathering.
30,000 people will join this first edition of Tomorrowland Winter and there will be at least 3 different areas in the resort and 4 areas on the slopes open from 11h to 16h.
The first slope area will be on the Chantebise at 2100 meters altitude with a capacity of 7000 people. The second area is the Folie Douce that can accommodate 3000 people, The third area will be located, at the top of the resort at the Pic Blanc at 3300 meters above sea level. Finally the last area will be a mobile scene located on a giant groomer and will wander all day.
The Main Stage will be situated at the parking lot of the Shepherds and active from 4 pm to 10 pm. That one we don’t yet know about. The second stage in the resort will be on top of Bergers Lake active from 4 pm to 1 am, both with a capacity of 11000 people. Last stage will be a the city’s football field and can host up to 10000 people. We believe the other 2 stages will be the Freedom Stage and the Garden of Madness stage.
The Tomorrowland Winter Village will be open as from Saturday March 9th 2018 until Friday March 15th 2018, where other activities will be organized in the village and on the slopes.
