Creamfields Announce The Chemical Brothers as Saturday Headliners

In the wave of growing excitement for this year’s Creamfields Festival, organizers have yet again announced another monumental act added to the lineup. In the past weeks, Creamfields’ social media has been overflowing with talk regarding Swedish House Mafia, deadmau5, and most recently, an exclusive Adam Beyer 🔲 Cirez D performance. With the festival still months away, we’re praying August will arrive sooner!

Creamfields announced last week that Adam Beyer and Cirez D, aka Eric Prydz, will be making an exclusive Steel Yard performance together this summer. Today, they have announced the return of the iconic Chemical Brothers. Tom and Ed will be returning to the fields and headlining the Horizon stage this year with what we are confident will be a memorable performance.

“From DJ sets in that intense backroom and then onto the crazy Courtyard at Cream, from live sets at Speke Airport and in the fields of Cheshire at Creamfields, so many beautiful memories. We’re excited to make more in August, Free Yourself.”

This year, festivalgoers will be carried into another world with one-of-a-kind visuals combined with mesmerizing music. Looking back, the Chemical Brothers have quite the impressive history as artists. They were the first electronic act to receive a Grammy, while also earning a total of 5 Grammy nominations. Of course, we can expect the duo to bring fresh material from their upcoming album ‘No Geography’ to the bright Horizon Stage this year.
As always, Creamfields takes place August 22 – 25. Tickets and more information can be found here.
Stay tuned for more announcements, including a full 2019 lineup set to be announced next week!
