Galantis is easily one of the most recognizable names in EDM today. For fans who love their big room sound, their newest track will really hit home. A famous duo’s tribute to a famous city, ‘San Francisco‘ featuring Sofia Carson is sure to give you feels in all the right places.
Chronicling her journey through a night in San Francisco, the narrator tells the story of her chance run-in with an alluring stranger. Once a passionate fling that was meant to end “when the sun came up,” the character can’t stop thinking about that night. Galantis’ instrumentation does a wonderful job of filling in the spaces. Their soundscape coupled with the lyrics creates an undeniable longing for what could have been.
But that’s not all! Fans will be excited to know that ‘San Francisco’ also has an accompanying music video. It features Carson belting her lyrics at a Galantis themed-karaoke bar, leaving us with not much else to ask for.
