It’s happening guys it’s happening! After the endless teasing and informal confirmations from the members of Swedish House Mafia, the big announcement is coming next week. Just today the Swedish House Mafia website was updated with a simple countdown.
From a quick analysis, this appears to mean 403,700 seconds to go. This means about 112.138889 hours until the big announcement. The Reddit sleuths dug deeper into the site code and found that the countdown ends on October 22 at 10AM UTC, that’s 6AM Eastern Time. It also appears that at the end of the countdown clock we will get a background image and signup box.
Obviously we’re all expecting this to be the big Swedish House Mafia 2019 world tour announce, and the date does fall after the final Axwell Ingrosso show date on October 20. However, the 6AM Eastern time reveal seems unlikely for such a monumental announcement. Perhaps this is the announcement of the announcement, or maybe an announcement of the recently rumored Stockholm event.
