Traktor Pro 3 Will Be Released in 2018

Traktor Pro 3 To Be Released In 2018

DJ software has made the art of mixing accessible to the masses, and this we love. Whether you’re a Virtual DJ kind of guy, a Serato specialist, or one of those guys who mixes in Abelton Live, the choices are truly endless. Today we bring you news of Native Instruments flagship DJ software, Traktor Pro.

Traktor Pro 3 is set to be released before the end of the year, and I am sure its users could not be happier. Traktor is for use with NI gear, such as their Traktor “Kontrollers”. The soon to be released Traktor Pro 3 software will be sold at full price for $99. If you own the previous version, you can upgrade for only $49.

Traktor Pro 3 New Features

The new version of Traktor Pro is said to have redesigned user interface. It will be optimized for live performances. It will include new macro mixer FX that are completely independent of traditional FX units. In this way, they are similar to “Sound Color FX” seen in Pioneer gear.

The upgrade will feature a new time stretching algorithm making mixing tracks different and providing a better user experience. You will now be able to play tracks in reverse. This feature has long been missing from Traktor, but was present in its competitors.

Lastly, one of the biggest developments is the fact that Traktor Scratch will now be built in. You will no longer need to do crazy mappings or silly workarounds. These changes are just a few of the known updates being brought in. Full-fledged product information will not be known until its full release on September 25th.

Until then, stay tuned to EDMTunes for updates. Make sure to check out Native Instruments for more information about Traktor Pro 3.
