Osheaga Festival Attendee Takes Legal Action Against Travis Scott

Travis Scott arrived over an hour late; Osheaga Festival Attendee wants her money back

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover how Osheaga Festival attendee Megan Le Stum felt when Travis Scott showed up late for his performance. Le Stum bought a three day ticket to the festival, her main influence for going was to see Travis Scott. Sadly, she never got to see him perform. Travis Scott was originally scheduled to perform from 9:45 to 10:55. However, he arrived right after 11pm and only performed for a very short 40 minutes. Now the attendee has taken action and is attempting to sue the rapper for his late performance.

The class action request states that the crowd grew impatient and aggressive. Le Stum grew tired of waiting and left at 10:30 p.m. Also, the request says she only works part-time and wouldn’t have bought tickets if Scott wasn’t performing. Therefore, Le Stum believes anyone that bought a ticket to Osheaga for August 3, the day Scott performed, should be reimbursed by event organizer Evenko.

We’ll have to wait and see what transpires from this. For any and all updates on the matter, tune back to EDM Tunes for updates.
