Fehrplay may or may not be a recognizable name to some progressive music fans, but the name Eric Prydz definitely is, right? Well, what if we told you Fehrplay was a former Prydz protégé? Now you’re listening! While it’s remarkable that Fehrplay was tapped by Prydz way back when, what’s even more impressive is how the Norwegian producer has since produced music that speaks for itself and stands on its own. Creating his own label Mood of Mind in 2017, Jonas Von Der Fehr creates unique progressive beats, while including house and techno seamlessly. Every few months or so, Fehrplay has been releasing hour long episodes titled Mood Of Mind, showcasing his unique abilities. With the fourth installment released today, Jonas is telling the world he is just getting started.
While the producer may not be at an Eric Prydz level of notoriety, he has released heaps of music off of Deadmau5’s label mau5trap, Anjunabeats, Axtone Records and Ministry of Sound to name a few.
