Jason Ross – Into You (Ft. Karra)
Today is an exciting day as our favorite Anjunabeats artist, Jason Ross, just released a new track. This time, it’s different than his usual trance or progressive house style. ‘Into You‘ features the harmonious vocal of Karra and is out now on Ophelia Records.
We are thankful to have stumbled upon the preview for this song in his Instagram recap video of EDC Las Vegas 2018. In the video, you see Ross walking through the Speedway, saying hi to fans, and performing his outrageous set at Quantum Valley. Karra drops the chorus with “I’m melting into you” as the notable bass pounds through the track. You can hear the melodic dubstep in this one. The rolling melody mixed with her soothing vocals makes this piece something Seven Lions would be proud of. Hooking you along for the ride on that bass line, feel its emotion. Seeing a trance producer outside his element–but also nailing it–is something we’d like to see more of.
Based out of San Diego, Jason has truly made a name for himself since emerging into the electronic music scene in 2010. He’s swiftly risen through the ranks, playing all over the world. He is a trained classical and jazz musician, so his musical familiarity gave way to his flawless mixing skills. With this wealth of knowledge, he creates original productions during the day and plays for ecstatic crowds at night. His productions and mashups have achieved worldwide recognition and support from some of the top DJs in the world. We can only imagine what he will bring to 2018. On the Anjuna and Ophelia side, we can surely say he is real talent.
