Avicii Had a World Tour Announcement for ADE 2017 But Cancelled It

The entire world was stunned and in tears after the surprising news that Tim Bergling, also known as Avicii, had passed away last friday. Now some secrets are beginning to surface about the Swedish DJ/producer. Apparently, according to Bild newspaper he had planned a mega comeback tour around the globe for 2018. With live shows in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich which were set to be announced.

Apparently the plan was to make a giant announcement at ADE back in October 2017 during the event for his documentary “True Stories.” The DJ had personally invited numerous business partners, friends and family to this special occasion but to the surprise of many, Tim didn’t make it to the event in the Netherlands. Our guess is that it relates to his anxiety issues and external social pressures as shown in the film. Subsequently, the world tour was put on ice and then completely cancelled by the end of 2017. The reason being the Swede couldn’t handle the massive pressure to live up to everyone’s expectations.

Rest in Peace, Tim.
