AU/RA – Panic Room (Camelphat Remix)
Camelphat is a name that should be familiar by now. The Grammy-nominated duo has made music for a staggering number of labels and produced a wide discography of tunes that blur across genres. Aside from their own killer version of house and techno, they take time to remix a wide variety of songs. Following their latest Fatboy Slim remix, they return with a new version of AU/RA’s ‘Panic Room‘.
This is a techno-infused remix with big room elements that elevate the original track immensely. AU/RA’s version is much slower and has a melodic indie sound. Even so, the powerful vocals from AU/RA mixed with Camelphat’s remixing style give it a club-centric makeover, highlighting the best elements of the song. The remix stays lighthearted the entire way through without overdoing it with synthy drops. It has just the right amount of techno and house, taking the original to a whole new level. Listen below!
