The name i_o has been catching fire over the past twelve months. Originally catching the attention of Deadmau5 with his debut release on the Mau5trap imprint, the momentum continued with a follow-up collaboration with none other than Tommy Trash. Always one to have an eclectic taste in electronic music, his hour-long mix on the NEST HQ touches on a bit of everything.
He kicks off the mix with a string of his own i_o IDs, and the rest of the mix hosts the likes of UMEK, Chris Lake, No Mana, and Sander Van Doorn. The wide range of influences comes together in a seamless hour of music, all meant to represent just exactly who i_o is. Judging by how 2017 went for him, 2018 is going to be one hell of a year.
