Tchami & Malaa – The Sermon

Tchami & Malaa – The Sermon

Heavyweight producers Tchami and Malaa bring you their newest collaboration titled ‘The Sermon’ and it is a complete dance-floor hit that caters towards both fan bases respectively.

For those of you who don’t know, Tchami is often attributed to being the most influential figure in all of future house – being the inspiration for other famous producers such as Oliver Heldens and having signed Malaa to his own future house label Confessions.

Malaa has really been blowing up this year and has put out a bunch of releases that are on the darker side of future house and his iconic ILLEGAL MIXTAPE was received with great positivity. Tchami and Malaa previously collaborated with their release of ‘Prophecy’ and ‘The Sermon’ is just as hard hitting.

‘The Sermon’ is a perfect blend of Malaa and Tchami’s styles – creating a darker and more minimalist future house track that utilizes metallic percussive sounds, bass house inspired synthesizers and muted melodic leads. The track’s most driving feature are the drum patterns and use of syncopation to compliment the bass line and vocal samples.

This is a track you’ll definitely want to jam to, give it a listen to below!
