Big Fish Little Fish events were founded in 2013 with one goal in mind, to make festivals fun and safe for everyone, including the little ones in the family. Since their debut in the U.K., these family-friendly raves have featured popular DJ’s, hula hoop demonstrations, interactive light installations, face painting stands, baby safe chill zones, and even licensed bars where parents can enjoy a drink.
The parties are a great segue for parents who love EDM and don’t have time to enjoy festivals and raves or simply feel as though festivals are not a safe place for their loved ones. Big Fish Little Fish, or BFLF, incorporates all of the factors that make raving fun, including themed events such as, “Flower Power, Animal Fantastical, or Intergalactic Planetary” which allow the whole family to dress up just like mom and dad used to. The family-oriented parties have been selling out, with their Christmas themed events leading the way.
