It looks like EDC will have one less rapper to book for its 2018 edition. In the music world there are so many people that think they know it all and can do no wrong. In the rap world, this mentality is often taken to dangerous extremes. Now rapper, Joey Bada$$, is facing consequences for staring directly into Monday’s eclipse. He asked his Twitter fans if he was crazy for looking directly into the eclipse without glasses.
Now the rapper is abruptly cancelling all of his performances.

He also took to Instagram to show off special glasses his doctor is making him wear now. Could Joey Bada$$ be going blind from permanent eye damage? It remains to be seen (no pun intended). Whatever is going on, the rapper seems to be continuing on unbothered.
