In 2017 big room is hard to come by, and Hardwell is one of the only big name DJs still pumping it out. He deserves credit though, for sticking to his guns while most headliners chase warmed over pop sing-a-longs. Although Hardwell is known for his fist pumping tunes, he’s still a talented technical DJ and knows his way around some other genres. He famously played a hip-hop set at EDC Vegas one year. Now he’s exploring his tech house side at Ibiza‘s renowned Cafe Mambo.
You might know Cafe Mambo because Eric Prydz can’t stop raving about the place, even naming a track after Ibiza’s legendary seaside venue. This is the perfect place for Robbert to stretch out a big and get techy. Luckily the set was even recorded in full quality as part of Hardwell’s On Air Off The Record series.
