On Friday 26th May, Axwell’s ‘Axtone Records’ is set to release the official remix package of Shapov’s ‘Four Corners’ EP which features cuts from artists including NEW_ID, JYYE and Corey James. Now, we’re thrilled to present the exclusive premiere of Corey James’ take on Shapov, MEG/NERAK’s ‘Breathing Deeper’, which was one of the lead tracks of Shapov’s EP.
UK-based hit-maker Corey James, who also makes his debut on Axwell’s prestigious imprint via this remix, has recently chalked up copious amounts of DJ plays via a couple of progressive/tribal hits on Cartel Recordings and SIZE Records. His take on ‘Breathing Deeper’ also pays homage to his ever-growing talent and diversity, as he reworks the track, which originally embodied a dance/pop crossover vibe, into a deep techy vibe, which is emotively-charged, perfect for any DJ set.
