Working with technology is at the foundation of DJing. They are dependent on their computer and equipment more than anything to produce an perform music. With that in mind, “technical difficulties” are definitely a possibility every time a DJ gets on the decks. deadmau5 was performing in Maryland on his newest tour when this very thing happened. deadmau5 has premiered his new Cube 2.1 for this tour, but even his new setup is not immune to glitches.
The Mau5 was performing when his sound cut out twice, but the show did go on. He was playing at HARD’s Day of the Dead a couple years ago when the sound died two times as well, with the second time taking over 10 minutes to bring back. Makes you wonder how reliable all this professional equipment is. Check out the video below to see his mishap.
