Martin Garrix & Dua Lipa – Scared to Be Lonely (Joe Mason Remix)
Two months ago to the day, Martin Garrix released his song “Scared to Be Lonely” with British singer Dua Lipa, and now the remixes are starting to roll in. 18-year-old Australian producer Joe Mason has turned in his effort, and it’s just as magical as we’ve come to expect from the up-and-comer.
Mason added a beautiful touch by incorporating his own recorded drums & guitars, but while Garrix went for the instrumental route on his drop, Mason chopped and re-pitched the vocals to build an entirely new and fresh drop. At just 18, Mason has already reached number one on Hype Machine eight times, and this remix just adds another strong output to his impressive resume of remixes.
