We live in a world dominated by cutting edge technology. Where more pixels equals more clarity and the more realistic the better. So when an artistic, vintage-inspired music video breaks all of those rules, it’s something to take note of. Even more so, when that video is from already legendary vocalist The Weeknd and dance music icons Daft Punk. Their collaboration, ‘I Feel It Coming’, is a 70s-inspired tune that blends The Weeknd’s smooth vocals with Daft’s synth-filled backup.

The video itself is full of imagery as it takes place on a barren, distant planet featuring The Weeknd as he channels his inner Michael dance moves. The saga features a mysterious woman and a short love story unfolds as the video progresses only to be met with…well you’ll see. The appearance of Daft Punk is also mysterious, as they uncover what could possibly be dubbed as the essence of The Weeknd. The conclusion will leave you anxious for an outcome as we await, patiently and hopefully, for a second chapter. Check out the “I Feel It Coming” video below!
