5 Tracks To Prepare You For This Year’s Desert Hearts Spring Festival

It’s about that time: the Desert Hearts Spring Festival is just a few days away, an epic weekend filled with 72 hours of nonstop house, techno and love. The lineup is absolutely stacked, with the likes of Edu Imbernon, Justin Martin, Oona Dahl, Fritz Carlton, The Desert Hearts Crew, Deep Jesus and many more. We know – the amount of amazing music over the course of the festival is ridiculous. But we’ve got you covered in terms of musical preparation – here are five tracks to get you ready for this weekend.

1. Raw District Feat. Aquarius Heaven – Addicted (Doc Martin Sublevel Remix)

Doc Martin is a favorite of ours and we’re ecstatic to see him out at Los Coyotes Indian Reservation, where the festival takes place. This artist is known for his eclectic style and ability to move across genres, mixing everything from deep house to tribal bass to acid house and more.

2. Balkan (Monolink Rmx) – Zone+ & Usi

Monolink is quite the magical artist, and never ceases to amaze us with his live performances. With his melodically infused tunes influenced by the playa tech feels and mellow vibes, we have faith that he’ll keep the dance floor moving and grooving.

3. The Music Got Me (Justin Martin Remix) – Claptone

Justin Martin has been absolutely on fire lately, and we can expect that his set at Desert Hearts will be equally the same. This is one of his latest releases and a favorite track of ours, a remix of Clapton’s classic ‘The Music Got Me’.

4. Hebe- Sacha Robotti & Sirus Hood

Sacha Robotti, hot off a North American tour with Sirus Hood, has released his newest track with the artist. The Italian-German, Belgium bred has quite the taste in music with influences including Green Velvet, Aphex Twin, Jeff Mills and DJ Funk. We can imagine that he’s mastered the art of live sets after spending February and March playing shows every weekend, and we know he’ll rock it this weekend as well.

5. Voodoo Disarray – Ben Seagram

Dave Seaman is a master at what he does. He’s released new tunes on some heavy-hitting labels including Selador, Noir, Suara, Hive Audio, Tulipa and Sudbeat and shows no sign of stopping. This new track, ‘Voodoo Disarray’, is a taste of his intriguing style and a song we’ve been hearing in some of his sets as of late, so we’re hoping to hear it again at Desert Hearts.
