Tchami Raises the Bar on The ‘Prophecy Tour’

Church
For the last two weeks, Parisian house producer Tchami has been touring North America on the ‘Prophecy Tour‘ in support of his 2016 collaboration with MALAA of the same name. Tchami has been joined by his close friend Mercer as support, and brought along his epic church themed stage production that he debuted in grand fashion last year at Coachella. We were lucky enough to attend his show in Charlotte, North Carolina, and walked away in absolute awe and amazement.

Tchami has created a unique live-show, with a theme befitting of his persona. Following a successful year of releases on his label CONFESSION, his set had no shortage of support for the label including Sonny Banks’ Good Girls, Brohug’s If I’m Wrong & Bulldozer, and of course ‘Prophecy.’ He also cycled through several of his own hit remixes like DJ Snake’s ‘You Know You Like it,’ and Janet Jackson’s ‘Go Deep.’ The set wouldn’t be complete without his instant classics ‘Promesses,’ ‘Freakin’,’ and ‘Missing You.’ It’s been rumored that Tchami may have some more new material coming in the future, fingers crossed for another EP. He mixed in his most recent release, ‘Adieu,’ and appeared to play an unreleased song to finish the set following his typical closing song ‘After Life.’

The ‘Prophecy Tour’ is still rolling for three more weeks, with plenty of shows still available to choose from. Tchami’s show is truly an experience, and if you’re lucky, at certain stops he’ll bring along a gospel choir as well. Check below for the rest of the show dates; for fans of house music or not, this show is one you seriously don’t want to miss.
