Midnight Pool Party – Collide
Midnight Pool Party just released their new track ‘Collide‘, giving us another hint at what we can expect out of their EP Dalliance, which is due to be released this March. The Sydney duo has mastered what they deem “addictive dance music” and have shown that once again with this slowed down house track.
‘Collide’ is full of sensual vocals and bouncy synth that makes for an all around sexy tune.  In regards to the vocals the duo says “lyrically it’s a bitter sweet song about letting someone go, but knowing you met them for a reason.”  This, along with their release of ‘Waiting’, another song off the EP has shown us that the duo is finding that sweet spot between relaxed disco-house fusion and pleasant lyric-heavy tracks.
