Hailing from Chicago, up-and-coming artists Who Cares & Big Sammyz are starting to make waves. With support for artists like WUKI, Tommy Trash, and Dirty Phonics, as well as popular remixes for Soulja Boy and Lil Wayne, these two are a serious powerhouse of talent.
Their latest release, a collaboration called DOPE, is undoubtedly a testament to this.
