JusCollege Implores Customers to Beg Insomniac to Change Shuttle Policy

Insomniac has become a bit of a monopoly in recent times. First they eliminated outside photographers from their festivals, and now they have banned third party shuttles from accessing the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. With the insane level of chaos that ensues each year for EDC Vegas, we can understand why Pasquale would want to streamline the situation to keep the buses running smoothly. This year all third party shuttles will be forced to drop off somewhere outside the Speedway, which would entail a long walk and possible a perilous trek across the street as well.

Now thousands of the fans who bought third party shuttle passes are understandably pissed. One shuttle company, JusCollege, put out a statement from its CEO on the situation. The CEO, Andrew Citores, assured fans that Insomniac would relent in the end, and implored them to make their voices heard and demand that Pasquale allow them access.  He even went as far as to offer a 100% refund guarantee up to 2 weeks prior to EDC. Clearly JusCollege is prepared to play hardball, but they also know they need Insomniac to change their minds. From the looks of Insomniac’s official response to customer inquiries, they don’t look like they’re budging. You can read the full statement here.
