Gareth Emery Exposes Music Industry Scum Taking Advantage of Carrie Fisher Passing

Unless you’ve been living underneath a rock until today, then you’ve probably heard the depressing news that 2016 has taken yet another one of our role models from this plane. Carrie Fisher, or Princess Leia from Star Wars, suffered a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles. After initially being established that she was in stable condition, the internet flooded with news yesterday that she had sadly passed away.

To make matters even worse, Gareth Emery had to take to Twitter to address the sad reality that certain individuals will be trying to capitalize from a social media standpoint, on this tragic event.

depressingly, many DJs managers are texting them right now to say “Do a tweet about Princess Leia’s death. Loads of retweets up for grabs” 🙄

Zedd also had his two cents to say with Gareth Emery chiming back, tweeting a savage response to those who have or are thinking about taking advantage in a nasty way.
